About You

You are a confident, capable, and emotionally intelligent leader with:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF, and VEYLDF
  • Proven ability to lead, guide, mentor, and uplift a team
  • A passion for documentation, compliance, and creating an exceptional learning environment
  • A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Experience in managing rosters, enrolments, and regulatory obligations
  • Current certifications including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management, WWCC, and Police Check
  • (Desirable) Food Safety Training and Supervisor Certification
