The NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (the NDIS Commission) offers roles that make a real difference in the community by upholding the rights of NDIS participants to access quality and safe supports.
The NDIS Commission's graduate program is designed to accelerate your career while fostering social impact. You'll embark on a series of rotations or immersion opportunities, working on real-world projects that drive change within the Commission.
Your role:- A 12-month graduate program.
- You'll engage in projects and develop skills needed to excel in the public service sector.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders and collaborate with teams across Australia on impactful issues.
- Enjoy flexibility in work arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Complete a structured learning program through a comprehensive 10-month APS Graduate Development Learning Program.
- Receive mentorship and career coaching.
- Get guidance and support from a dedicated Graduate Program Coordinator.
- A competitive salary package starting at APS level 4, $82,999 plus 15.4% superannuation.
- Includes annual leave, cultural leave, and parental leave.
