Overview

Fyfe Pty Ltd is a multi-disciplinary consultancy providing engineering, environmental, planning and surveying services throughout Australia. The Energy and Resources Engineering Division delivers specialist mining, energy, hydrogen and renewable energy projects across the country. Fyfe is seeking a qualified Project Engineer with 2 to 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver project management solutions on time, on budget, within scope, and with high quality to clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including client representatives.
  • Create detailed work plans that identify and sequence delivery activities.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Determine resource requirements.
  • Identify, capture, and process variations for responsible projects.
About you
  • Bachelor of Engineering (tertiary qualification).
  • Previous Oil and Gas experience is highly preferable.
  • 3–8 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules.
  • Very good attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects.
  • Aspiring to progress to a Project Manager.
