**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and engaging Practice Principal to lead our Chatswood clinic. In this role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of engaging, evidence-based therapy to children and families. You will be backed by a supportive leadership team and will be responsible for all aspects of clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic alongside a manageable paediatric caseload.
- Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy, working closely with families, educators, and other professionals.
- Foster a collaborative team environment to deliver quality, evidence-based outcomes.
- Support team development through supervision and resource management.
- Contribute to service development and the national professional development agenda.
**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, or Psychology with full registration.
- Experience in a Team Leader or Senior Therapist role, mentoring less-experienced staff.
- Financial acumen to analyze reports and implement performance-enhancing solutions.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed client and staff satisfaction KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Compliance with relevant checks (Professional Registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle).
