The Opportunity

We're looking for a Corporate Services Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Corporate Services function at CPP. This is a rare and career-defining opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing, national business, where you'll have the freedom to shape compliance, risk, and property management frameworks that will underpin CPP's future success. With a proactive and hands-on approach, you'll take ownership of reporting, registers, renewals, and property matters from the outset, with the scope to expand the function and make it your own as the business evolves. You will work closely with our Commercial Manager, Procurement Manager, Legal Manager and other members of the Legal & Corporate Services team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 8–10+ years' experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk (construction or infrastructure sector highly regarded).
  • Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations (e.g. building, labour hire, electrical contractor licences).
  • Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management.
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, law, or a related field.

Be rewarded at CPP.
