The RoleAs our BDM, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to create tailored solutions that solve real business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across key B2B sectors
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic clients
- Lead solution focused conversations that align client needs with Colorcorp's capabilities
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and track performance against targets
- Represent Colorcorp at client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (print, signage, Fleet, or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities
- Self starter with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Understanding of production workflows and client service in a manufacturing environment (advantageous)
