Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Accountant

What we're looking for- Bachelor of Commerce or Business (Accounting) degree.
- 3–6 years' insolvency experience.
- Strong investigation skills, with a proven track record in successful recovery of voidable transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Corporations Act and relevant insolvency legislation.
- CA or CPA qualified (or working towards).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a proactive, accountable approach.
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior team members.
- Flexible working arrangements – including early Friday finishes (2:30pm close).
- Professional development support – full funding for CA/CPA, ARITA, and ongoing training.
- Regular professional education – in-house and external seminars/events.

- Managing and assisting with external administrations, with primary conduct of some small to medium administrations.
- Supervising and mentoring insolvency accountants.
- Liaising directly with directors, creditors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing detailed reports and undertaking investigations into insolvent companies and individuals.
- Assisting with litigation and recovery actions.
- Supporting the control and sale of distressed assets and businesses.
