Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid Role

Location: Flexible – Hybrid (2 days WFH if preferred)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Salary: $130,000 - 140,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Managing all costs related to the building aspects of multiple projects.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  3. Preparing cost plans, managing budgets, and ensuring financial efficiency.
  4. Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  5. Working independently while collaborating with a skilled team.
What You'll Need
  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level.
  2. Strong cost planning, financial management, and presentation skills.
  3. Excellent communication – you know how to build solid working relationships.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. A passion for the construction industry and an eye for detail.
