Overview

Edison Smart is partnered with an international leader in OT and IoT cybersecurity that is growing its sales engineering team in the APAC region. Their AI-powered platform protects operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across sectors such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth cybersecurity organization and play a key role in driving technical enablement for channel partners across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners in the APAC region.
  • Lead technical enablement activities to ensure partners are confident in positioning and supporting the company's solutions.
  • Standardize and deliver distributor technical training programs across the region.
  • Enable distributors to deliver training autonomously by providing content, resources, and mentorship.
  • Maintain and update training content and presales materials for partner use.
  • Support inclusion of the company's solutions in partner demos and innovation centers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to communicate and demonstrate solution value to end customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Sales Engineer or Channel Technical Sales Engineer.
  • Background in customer-facing roles such as Security Consultant, OT Operator, or IoT System Engineer.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative, partner-focused approach to working with channels and distributors.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel across the APAC region.
  • Experience with ICS (Industrial Control Systems) security projects.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA99 Cybersecurity, IACRB Certified SCADA Security Architect, ISO27001 Lead Auditor) are advantageous but not mandatory.
