Your new role:

We're seeking rising stars to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. In this role, you'll:

  • Connect with and understand the demands of new and expectant parents by providing customer service that goes above and beyond.
  • Take parents through product features by demonstrating how they work.
  • Build and maintain a genuine bond with every parent you help.
  • Stay on top of stock levels around the store.
  • Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, nights, and weekends.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Understand the needs of expectant and new parents on their path through parenthood.
  • Expertly guide customers through our range of brands and products.
  • Work efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
  • Hold high standards in customer service.
