Product Commercialisation Manager role at Seven Network. Lead digital product innovation across 7plus and 7NEWS.com.au, developing, launching and maintaining new products including the premium suite of 7Shop, in collaboration with product and commercial teams.
Location and ReportingBased at the head office in Eveleigh, Sydney, and reporting to the Head of Director of Digital Strategy & Sales Enablement.
Responsibilities- Supporting the Sales team as the in-market lead across Premium Ads, eCommerce, and new products. Drive GTM strategy, sales enablement, and pitch support that makes things happen.
- Owning the digital ad product roadmap through collaboration with Product Solutions and AdTech teams to accelerate and adopt initiatives that drive 7digital's annual product and revenue plan.
- Managing a talented team, building external partnerships, and representing Commercial across the business as a trusted advisor.
- Conducting market analysis and competitive intel to drive strategy, new market opportunities and turn insights into action.
- Empowering the team with impactful training and hands-on support by sharpening their skills, boosting confidence and sharing best practices.

You embrace change as an opportunity to improve and adapt. You think critically, manage projects and time with ease, and approach problems with a proactive mindset.
You will have- Sharp commercial acumen with digital product development experience and a solid background in digital, TV, BVOD, and media sales or agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft 365/MS Office Suite skills with knowledge of digital products and the digital landscape.
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams to success.
