Are you a digital specialist who knows your way around content, clicks, and conversions? Sunnyfield is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and manage our social media platforms.

We need someone with the analytical knowhow to execute our SEO and digital advertising campaigns and ensure our website is the go-to destination for prospective employees, clients and donors.

We're a for purpose organisation that supports people with disability to live, learn, work & have fun, and our Marketing team is all about showing the heart behind what we do. That's where you come in.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and driving multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Meta/LinkedIn/Email, Organic Social).
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Business Partner Managers and creative leads to shape go-to-market approaches for new and existing clients
  • Overseeing our website and social media channels
  • Keeping the conversation going with our online communities
  • Tracking performance and turning insights into action, as we like a good data story too
We're looking for someone who
  • Loves all things digital, thinks creatively and knows how to achieve ROI
  • Is a whiz at Google Analytics, Google and Meta Ads and email marketing
  • Knows their way around a website and what draws a crowd in
  • Can juggle creativity and strategy like a pro
  • Is keen to use their skills for something that makes a difference
  • Wants to work with an awesome team, which is given permission to try new things every day
