**Description**:
About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager leads the digital marketing strategy including e-commerce, SEO, CRM, social media, and paid media and is responsible for mentoring and growing their 2 direct reports.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with PharmaCare's brands' overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives using various analytics tools and platforms, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative and product teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and platforms in the digital marketing landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
- Manage and optimise PharmaCare's various brand websites ensuring they are user-friendly, search engine optimised and conversion-focused
- Develop and manage relationships with external agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns and leverage additional expertise when necessary
- Stay up to date with health and wellness industry best practices, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards to ensure compliance and deliver responsible marketing campaigns
- Stay informed about digital marketing industry trends and advancements, and provide insights and recommendations for implementing new strategies or tool
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, innovation, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and growth within the digital marketing team
- Directly manage a team of two (digital marketing assistant & specialist), providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for direct reports
- Collaborate with Head of Digital Marketing to recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring a high performing and cohesive digital marketing team
- Allocate resources and manage workload distribution to ensure efficient execution of digital marketing projects and campaigns

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry or related field
- Demonstrated previous management experience essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and external agency partners in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise to ensure quality delivery & meeting of deadlines
- Can-do attitude and passion for digital marketing

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or in a related field is beneficial but not essential
