The Opportunity

Reporting to the Field Sales Manager and based at Erskine Park, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, understand client needs, and provide customized solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in key account management.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth.
  • Nurture a portfolio of prominent clients and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and quotes, manage contract renewals, and negotiate with key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales presentations and regular reports on account status, revenue, and growth opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in an account management role within the Waste and/or service-based industry is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to find solutions and be decisive.
  • Skilled in drafting and responding to tenders with accuracy and clarity.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and you're driven to achieve your set targets.
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with a Sales CRM is desirable.
