Monks is looking for an experienced Senior Data Specialist with enterprise-level client-facing experience in analytics consulting and the deployment of marketing and e-commerce projects. This experience should include helping clients develop data strategies, manage complex measurement projects, and drive value with expert knowledge and client relationship skills. You will be responsible for data & analytics initiatives relevant to marketing and audience data consulting, including managing relationships with enterprise clients, building analytics frameworks, deploying tools, developing insights through reporting, and making needs-based recommendations and optimisations in technology and data.

The ideal candidate has experience with Google Data Products (GTM, GA4, BigQuery), Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Launch, AEP) or Amplitude to oversee or participate in data collection implementation and to drive value through reporting and analysis. Understanding CRM & CDP landscapes is a plus.

• Provide subject matter expertise in Data Analytics Platforms and Data Collection to clients via overseeing tagging and analytics frameworks, and executing analysis and insight initiatives.
• Develop analytics and data strategies for large brands with a focus on measurably lifting their business.
• Share data and marketing analytics expertise with clients and the Monks team; act as a thought leader through consultative discovery and recommendations, contributing to knowledge growth.
• Manage relationships and projects for enterprise clients from a delivery perspective.
• Assist clients in understanding the importance of measurement and provide best-practice guidelines for data strategy and technical implementations.
• Assist the data team with new go-to-market initiatives and solutions.
• Client onboarding: Perform digital audits for prospective and existing clients, recording findings and making recommendations across digital properties and data reporting environments.
• Data management & reporting: Manage data reporting platforms (Analytics) and aggregation tools (e.g., BigQuery).
• Conceptualise and build POC-level AI-based tools for analysis, insights, and NLP-enabled agents.

• Approximately 5 years of marketing-focused data & analytics experience, with at least 2 years of client-facing work, ideally in a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and proactivity.

• Deep knowledge and experience with mainstream Digital Analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of the current state of data, adtech, and martech.
• Experience managing strategic projects and/or clients.
• Self-directed, resourceful, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver who collaborates well in cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing and utilizing data from a variety of digital analytics tools and cloud platforms; familiarity with BI/Data analytics tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud data (GCP/BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake) and leveraging it with marketing analytics data is a plus.
