Your New Role:
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind our wholesale channel growth. Focused entirely on outbound sales, you'll call on electrical wholesalers, introducing them to innovative brands and solutions they may not yet know of. This is a state-based role with a customer-first approach, where you'll spend 90% of your time in front of customers.
What You'll Do:
- Build Relationships: Develop and strengthen ties with electrical wholesalers.
- Expand Reach: Represent and promote new brands, creating awareness and demand within the wholesale channel.
- Drive Sales: Focus on outbound sales to grow our market share and meet business objectives.
- Travel to Win: Be on the move, meeting clients, driving relationships, and growing business across the state.

What You Bring:
- Experience: A proven track record in outbound sales or wholesale, ideally as a BDM or Account Manager. An electrical wholesale or data background is a bonus
- Skillset: Strong relationship-building skills and commercial acumen.
- Attributes: A results-driven and proactive professional who thrives in customer-facing roles.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, autonomous, and eager to uncover opportunities and drive results.
- Ability to Travel: Based in Sydney, with the requirement to travel across Sydney metro and regional NSW.
