**Scientist (Histopathology) Role**

We are seeking a skilled Scientist to join our Histopathology team in Townsville, QLD.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for specimen registration and accessioning, referral work, embedding, microtomy, dissection of simple, non-complex and some complex tissues, frozen sections and special stain procedures.

About the Role

To be successful in this role, you will possess an appropriate degree/diploma in Medical Laboratory Science or other relevant qualification. You will have an enthusiastic attitude and proven ability to work in a busy environment. Excellent customer service and communication skills are also essential.
