We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Security Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

The successful candidate will work closely with our National Technical Solutions Manager to install, maintain and repair electronic security equipment for clients across NSW.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site visits to diagnose and fault find issues with alarms, CCTV and access control systems
  • Liaising with customers on technical matters and providing outstanding customer service
  • Carrying out regular maintenance checks and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Electronic Security Service Technician
  • A valid NSW Installers License
  • Open Registration Cabling License
  • White Card
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems
  • Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure
