As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead and execute sales strategies to expand the brand's footprint across Australia.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with diverse channel partners, including builders, wholesalers, and installers for both commercial and residential markets.
  • Drive revenue growth through technology-focused smart home solutions.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Represent the brand and promote its commitment to sustainability and IoT connectivity.
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing sales team across the region.
What we're looking for:
  • Proven success in sales management within consumer electronics, appliances, heating & cooling, solar, battery storage, or building materials markets.
  • Strong understanding of managing complex and diverse channels to market.
  • Ambition and a clear career focus—this role offers a defined and exciting career pathway beyond the position.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and sustainable solutions.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Full Australian work rights and willingness to travel regionally.
  • Preferred: Degree in Business or Marketing, or extensive sales management experience with an electrical trade background.
