We are seeking a seasoned Identity and Access Management Consultant, who will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge IDAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in this field, with expertise in managing complex identity and access systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on future-ready IDAM projects, collaborating closely with our team of experts. As an Identity and Access Management Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Defining business rules for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, and access controls.
  • Developing functional specifications and solution designs that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Documenting data flows, integration points, and technical documentation.
  • Supporting architecture and data teams on IDAM solution integration.
  • Preparing use cases, process flows, and testing plans.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you have experience working with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, or MDM, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Professional, with a focus on IDAM.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, including least privilege and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create user guides, functional specs, and data/process flows.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience working with technical stakeholders, architects, and security teams.
