Overview

Head of Enterprise Technology - Melbourne. The Story: Join this leading publically listed consumer business with operations across the APAC region. An opportunity exists for an experienced Program Delivery Manager to join the team.

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of high-value Data and AI initiatives across the business. Reporting directly to the CDO, this role is pivotal in enabling the business to harness its data assets to generate actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

This role demands strong program management capabilities, with multiple concurrent projects and will also contribute to the development and execution of the Data and AI roadmap, helping to grow the business enterprise-wide capabilities and ensure delivery of AI solutions that yield measurable business value.

Essential to the role is expertise in program and project delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, financial management, and exceptional communication skills. This role will work closely with Group Risk and Privacy Officers to ensure all AI solutions comply with relevant industry regulations and internal governance requirements.

What You Bring to the Role
  • Minimum 10+ years expertise delivering programs of work in the Data and AI space
  • Demonstrable experience delivering AI solutions in large organisations
  • Expertise working with project delivery frameworks and reporting …Agile, Wagile
  • Proven experience developing and aligning organisation's data and AI solutions roadmap
  • Essential to have experience working with large, complex enterprises, and working with AI and data engineers, data architects, modellers, and data governance to deliver programs
  • Analytical skills, including understanding how to interpret business needs and requirements, and translate these into operational or delivery requirements
  • An accomplished and effective communicator at all levels
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Confluence and JIRA boards.
  • Experience with Databricks Unified Analytics Platform, including delivery of scalable solutions.
