Our client is a branch of a national firm that prides itself on fostering strong client relationships and making a positive impact in the community. This hybrid in-house role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside 4-5 principals who own shares in the firm, with the support of a well-structured team, including remote and in-office staff such as Junior Accountants, a Client Services Manager and Administrative Support.

The firm provides a collaborative and professional environment, offering career growth, flexibility and a supportive leadership team that encourages continuous learning.

You will be involved in high-quality work, assisting clients with financial strategies, compliance and business growth, while benefiting from a firm that values work-life balance.

To qualify, you must have full working rights in Australia with no visa restrictions and be comfortable commuting to the office as needed.
