ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Cloud Gateway Engineer with a strong background in network security and firewall management to support and enhance enterprise-scale infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in secure network design, administration, and optimisation of firewall and gateway technologies.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Manage and administer firewalls, ensuring robust protection and compliance with security standards.
  • Configure, maintain, and optimise Zscaler environments to safeguard cloud-based traffic.
  • Design and support secure routing strategies, with a focus on BGP protocols.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of Zero Trust Network Architectures (ZTNA) for secure user access.
  • Support and maintain Azure Firewall and related cloud-based security solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving network security issues across enterprise environments.
MORE ABOUT YOU
  • Strong track record in firewall administration (cloud and on-premises). Practical experience with Zscaler engineering and operations. In-depth knowledge of routing protocols, particularly BGP. Understanding of modern zero trust principles and their application in enterprise networks. Hands-on experience managing Azure Firewall.
