Development or Production Support Team Member (MAINFRAME)

Job Description of Development or Production Support Team Member (MAINFRAME), Melbourne

Strong technical knowledge and hands-on 1-3 years development/support experience in Mainframe skills (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2).

Should be ready to learn other project required skills and tools like Splunk, DevOps, Qtest, Unix, Unix Scripting, XML, IBM MQ, IBM WTX, etc. Will be doing production support incidents/problem handling, server monitoring, and report preparations.

Good communication skills, flexible, good attitude, and ready to do 24x7 production on-call support work.

Should be ready to give a minimum 2 years commitment to the project and willing to move to cloud AWS in the future.

MUST: Mainframe skills (CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2)
