As a key member of our production team, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join us at the Nestle Broadford Factory on an afternoon shift.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain product quality by adhering to stringent standards
  • Meet production targets through efficient operation of machinery

Key responsibilities include participating in safety programs, following good manufacturing practice (GMP) guidelines, and completing standard procedures/procedures of an operator. Additionally, you will be expected to share learnings, adopt procedural improvements, complete SAP transactions/Digital Manufacturing Operations administration, and undertake improvement activities as required.

The ideal candidate will have effective time management skills, enabling them to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime is essential, along with experience working in a team environment. Attention to detail and data entry accuracy are also crucial.

This role offers opportunities for multi-skilling and training on other machinery as requested by the Line Manager.
