Our Company

Dulux Merrifield is a highly automated factory that incorporates the latest in world-class paint making technology and equipment, it is the largest paint coatings factory in Australia and New Zealand.

Right now, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic afternoon shift people to join the Production Team at Dulux Merrifield and work in a rewarding and supportive environment. As part of the team, you will be integral in helping us safely manufacture market-leading products to the highest quality and service expectations of our customers.

Your Role

Production Team Members at Dulux Merrifield are responsible for making paint utilising automated manufacturing processes. This involves metering raw materials, and following detailed operating procedures to make, fill and test paint.Production members are trained in all aspects of the paint manufacturing process and are rotated between the various roles.
