Thanks to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we're looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to join us in a permanent, full-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal position with a builder that values trust, accountability, and a people-first approach.

What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who takes ownership, builds strong site culture, and delivers quality projects safely, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, equipment and materials
Ensure works are delivered in line with the construction program and safety requirements
Maintain high standards of site presentation, compliance, and WHS procedures
Liaise with project managers, consultants and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow
Read and interpret construction plans, specifications and documentation accurately
Foster productive relationships with all stakeholders through clear communication and a professional attitude
What You'll Need:
Carpentry or trade background (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of construction programs and ability to meet project milestones
Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
High level of organisation, initiative and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to also work independently
