What's on offer?
We wish to complement our existing Fulton Hogan Utilities team with an experienced Senior Contracts Manager with a high level of commercial/financial acumen to support our teams delivering national Telecommunications projects. In this role you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying, drafting and managing head contract claims, delays, extensions of time and cost submissions
• Drafting contractual correspondence and contract amendments
• Working closely with senior management and legal teams to manage contract compliance and strategy
• Negotiating and resolving contractual claims and disputes with clients
• Contractual governance, management reporting and alignment across projects.

How you'll connect to the role:

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Construction Law, Engineering or similar
• Previous experience successfully managing high value construction contracts ($100m +)
• Extensive experience managing complex contractual claims, disputes, and variations
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with key internal/external stakeholders such as engineering, legal and finance teams
• Have a high level of personal motivation and commercial acumen
• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely 2.0 Culture.
