We're growing, evolving, and looking for a passionate leader to grow with us.

Priceline Pharmacy Lalor Plaza is currently undergoing a major store refit, with plans to relaunch our newly renovated space in September 2025. As we refresh our store and elevate our customer experience, we're seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and team-focused Retail Store Manager to lead the way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins in a well-loved community pharmacy and make a real impact during our exciting transition and beyond.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily retail operations, mentor staff, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for both team members and customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building a strong team culture, and driving the store's growth and success post-refit.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and support a dedicated retail team
  • Drive a customer-first culture, ensuring every visitor feels valued and supported
  • Maintain high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist-in-charge and dispensary team
  • Contribute to shaping the store's new direction after reopening
  • Foster a positive, inclusive team environment through strong leadership and open communication

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a store manager or senior supervisor, preferably in retail pharmacy or health & wellness
  • A genuine passion for customer care and team development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor team members and help them reach their full potential
  • A proactive mindset with confidence to lead through change
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy retail environment
  • Interest in being part of an exciting store transformation in 2025
  • Ability to lead a team in a respected, community-focused pharmacy
  • Thrives in a friendly, supportive workplace that values teamwork and growth
  • Autonomy and ownership in shaping the store's new direction
