ASM Chilltech is a trusted provider HVAC-r & Mechanical Services across commercial and industrial facilities. We specialise in maintenance, repair, and installation solutions, and pride ourselves on delivering quality service to clients across the Government, Education, and Healthcare sectors.

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Contract Manager to join our growing Service & Maintenance team. This role is critical in managing people, workflow, and customer relationships in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Contract Manager, you will:

Oversee HVAC-r Service & Maintenance contracts within the commercial and industrial sectors.

Manage workflows, priorities, and communication between coordinators, technicians, and clients.

Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships while driving revenue growth.

Lead, support, and mentor team members to achieve high performance.

Ensure compliance with OH&S and quality standards, actively promoting continuous improvement.

Prepare and deliver quotations, reports, and site audit documentation.

Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and standards.

About You

You are a confident communicator and team leader who can balance operational demands with customer service excellence. You will also bring:

Proven experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance (commercial/industrial sector).

Strong contract management skills, with the ability to meet time-critical deadlines.

Excellent organisation, reporting, and communication skills.

The ability to guide and motivate a team while fostering a positive culture.

Strong personal presentation, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
