What you'll doLead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team of educators
Manage enrolments, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations
Build genuine partnerships with families and the community
Drive quality practices and continuous improvement
What we're looking for2+ years leadership experience in Early Childhood Education
ECT qualification or Diploma (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF & compliance standards
A collaborative leader with a passion for people and high-quality care
