Overview

Gaming & TAB Attendant | Blackburn Hotel

Dream big with us. The ALH group owns and operates more pubs than anyone in Australia and is a cornerstone of over 350 communities. We're looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere through warm and authentic service, while complying with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.

With great gaming comes great responsibility. If you're motivated to maintain safety, RSA and RCG compliance, this role may be a good fit. A day in the life is below.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with guests, share your passion for our products, and create moments guests won't forget
  • Contribute to a culture of responsibility focused on safety and compliance with RSA and RCG regulations
  • Complete machine payouts and manage cash handling in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
  • Be available for two Graveyard shifts per week if in Gaming; flexibility in work times is essential
  • For this role, 25-30 hours per week are on offer
About You
  • You are great with people, detail and communication, and motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates
  • Have a good understanding of TAB services
  • Team player with flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends
  • Current RSA, RCG and TAB qualifications; a Gaming Licence would be preferred
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are – ALH is known for its people
