Overview

We're seeking a Senior SAP Developer with deep ABAP expertise and solid exposure to SAP BTP to join a highly regarded internal SAP team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working across critical enterprise platforms.

You'll design, develop, and deliver scalable, reusable SAP solutions supporting finance, logistics, and HR domains. This role blends traditional ABAP development with hands-on BTP exposure, integration work, and cloud-aligned capability building.

What you'll do
  • Lead the technical design, custom development and delivery of SAP solutions
  • Develop clean, reusable, high-performance ABAP code aligned to object-oriented principles
  • Leverage SAP BTP tools and services to support evolving integration and innovation needs
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate across delivery squads to maintain coding standards and development frameworks
  • Participate in unit testing, system integration, and documentation across project lifecycle
  • Ensure quality and adherence to governance, change and release protocols
  • Contribute to SAP best practices, continuous improvement and reusable development assets
What you'll need
  • Proven hands-on experience with SAP ABAP development (ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher)
  • Strong exposure to SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) development and services
  • Experience with IDOCs, AIF, BAPI, enhancements, BADIs, and object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge of key modules: Finance, HCM, Logistics
  • Exposure to SAP Gateway, WebDynpro, SAPScript, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms
  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies and architecture
  • Experience working within structured SDLC environments (Prince2, ITIL, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
