Are you a Business Analyst with a passion for financial services and transformation? We're partnering with a leading financial institution seeking a mid-level BA to join their Wealth Management team in Sydney.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to gather and translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Map current and future state processes to support strategic change
- Analyse data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services
- Must have experience in wealth management, platforms, or investment domains
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced environments
