Epiroc is searching for a proactive and self-motivatedProduct Specialist Coordinator - Surface Drillsto join our expanding Product Support team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
  • Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
  • An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
  • Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
  • Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
