About the Role

As a Senior Designer at Elastic, you'll play a key role in delivering smart, effective, and high-volume creative for our retail clients. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with solid experience in retail or shopper marketing design, who can confidently roll out campaigns across print, digital, and in-store touchpoints. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines while keeping work polished, on-brand, and aligned with each client's marketing objectives.

A typical day might include

• Designing print and digital assets across campaigns, point-of-sale, promotional material and catalogues
• Working alongside our Art Director to deliver cohesive, high-impact creative for several of our retail clients
• Typesetting and formatting multipage documents, from catalogues to product guides
• Creating style frames, storyboards, and visual concepts for client presentations
• Building display banners or web assets to support campaign rollouts
• Prepping artwork for print and liaising with production teams and suppliers as needed
• Creating client-ready presentations in Keynote & PowerPoint that communicate rationale and design thinking
• Sharing fresh ideas, format innovations and design trends in retail, shopper behaviour, and visual merchandising

You'll need

• Strong conceptual thinking skills, with a focus on digital-first campaign ideas
• Experience working with retail clients or on high-volume campaign rollouts across digital and print
• Ability to break down client briefs to deliver effective, channel-specific design solutions
• Excellent communication skills – with clients, teams and suppliers
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for digital layout, responsive design and typography
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and XD (or Figma)
• Finished art skills across digital and print, including optimised assets for web and social
• Proven experience designing and building HTML5 banners, EDMs, and digital ad units
• Great time management – able to work to short timelines and manage multiple tasks
• A structured, organised workflow from start to finish
