The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services include site assessment, due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to construction completion.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and team members to understand project scope and assist the Project Manager with administrative functions.
  • Prepare and complete administrative paperwork required under Authority requirements, including application forms and notices; track applications and submissions with authorities, contractors, and team members to drive project outcomes.
  • Support the team with administrative functions including contract administration tasks such as progress claim review, general correspondence, extension of time requests, costs to complete, variation processing, bond calculations, and scheduling inspections with authorities and contractors.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them to attendees.
Qualifications
  • Quick learner with strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and the capacity to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good situational awareness and ability to recall project status without frequent notes.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate basic technical information to clients, contractors, and internal/external team members.
  • Assistance to Project Managers in planning and managing projects through administrative support across all stages of delivery.
