The Role

As a Sales and Operations Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end execution of sales and operational planning processes, focusing on order-to-cash cycles, forecasting, and data accuracy. You will facilitate seamless coordination between commercial, logistics, and planning teams through reporting and SAP system use.

This role is crucial in maintaining process integrity across order fulfillment, inventory, stevedoring coordination, and supply planning. You will lead daily operations to meet KPIs and customer expectations, while promoting safety, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Bring

  • Sound contract management skills
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to build effective relationships
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and port logistics
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel reporting tools
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills
