Responsibilities
  • As Sales and Operations Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end execution of sales and operational planning processes, with a focus on order-to-cash cycles, forecasting, and data accuracy. You'll help ensure seamless coordination between commercial, logistics, and planning teams through reporting and SAP system use.
  • This role plays a key part in maintaining process integrity across order fulfillment, inventory, stevedoring coordination, and supply planning, while leading daily operations to meet KPIs and customer expectations. You'll also drive safety, continuous improvement, and strong team and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Bring
  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
  • Experience in operations coordination, logistics, or sales administration
  • Sound contract management experience
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and port logistics
  • Proficiency in SAP with strong Microsoft Excel and reporting tools skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
