About the Role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Asset Performance team, you'll lead technical delivery on projects focused on existing buildings—providing advice and design solutions for compliance, upgrades, efficiency, and optimisation. You'll work closely with building owners and managers, becoming a trusted advisor for asset management.

You'll also:

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to team development and market presence
  • Projects are primarily in the commercial office sector, with opportunities in health, defence, and other sectors.
About You
  • 10+ years in mechanical building services design
  • Strong experience with HVAC systems, BMS, and controls
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
  • RPEQ or equivalent registration
  • Experience with other disciplines (electrical, fire, hydraulics) is a plus
