Corpus Christi School, Werribee is seeking a Principal who is an educational leader who inspires excellence, leads with strong faith and integrity. Your role is to lead a joy-filled community where students, staff and families can flourish within a Catholic context, realising the school vision and creating an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. The Principal will work in collaboration with MACS, staff, the local Parish Priest and the broader school community to achieve the school's goals.

About Corpus Christi School Primary School, Werribee Corpus Christi School, Werribee was established in 1985 to meet the growing demands for Catholic education in the Werribee area. It is one of six Catholic primary schools in the St Andrew's Parish. The school emphasises Gospel values of justice, integrity, respect and dignity, and aims to develop the whole child across spiritual, physical, intellectual, social and emotional domains with a strong focus on instructional practices, high engagement in learning and wellbeing. The school prioritises positive and collaborative relationships among students, parents and staff and aligns with MACS directions. A strong understanding of current educational practices and MACS directions is essential.

About the Community The school celebrates the multicultural heritage of many families and welcomes a diversity of backgrounds. The community supports Literacy, Numeracy and Religious Education as priority areas and encourages parental involvement through School Advisory Council, fundraising and excursions. Corpus Christi School has a total enrolment of 452 students. MACS seeks a Principal who will build on the school's strengths, engage with the community, and lead with vision and faith through upcoming growth and infrastructure projects. Key Selection Criteria

• Evidence of strong faith leadership through active participation in a Catholic Church community, including Sunday attendance, informed by the Church's teaching and local mission.
• Demonstrated ability in instructional leadership, including determining and implementing evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum.
• Commitment to fostering a safe and well workplace for MACS employees, students, parish, educational system, and authorities in line with current safety standards.
• Strong commitment to enrolment growth, financial stability and risk mitigation, with effective resource management within a strategic plan.
• Understanding and enactment of legislative and systemic compliance applicable to Catholic schools.
• Leadership characterised by justice and compassion, setting high standards for pastoral care and an engaging education with multiple pathways for positive outcomes for young people.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills to enable team growth, championing innovation and continuous improvement.
