Responsibilities
- Lead a joy-filled community where students, staff and families can flourish within a Catholic context.
- Implement evidence-based learning and teaching programs and school curriculum.
- Foster a safe and well workplace for employees, students, parish, educational system, and authorities.
- Develop and implement strategies for enrolment growth, financial stability and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and systemic requirements applicable to Catholic schools.
- Exercise leadership characterised by justice and compassion, setting high standards for pastoral care and an engaging education with multiple pathways for positive outcomes for young people.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong faith leadership and active participation in a Catholic Church community.
