Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a team passionate about the core guest experience, turning original concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. You'll define solutions that improve the guest booking experience across Agoda products, collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
  • Run discovery phases and help define product requirements
  • Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
  • Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
  • Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all-hands, and squad meetings
  • Think and write about your process and document your decisions
  • Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features
  • Be a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences at the customer-centric intersection of design, business, content, and technology
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience is highly preferred
  • Ability to create visually stunning, intuitive interfaces with pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions; strong craft
  • Deep expertise in UI design with knowledge of design patterns and creative problem solving
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research, including conducting user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights
  • Ability to own the design process from discovery to delivery within a scrum, setting the design vision and ensuring high-quality execution
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers to shape product vision and roadmap, balancing user needs with business goals
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process
  • Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and user-centered web and mobile product design
