Overview

Learning and Assessment Designer (Education & Training) – Brighton, VIC

ReadCloudVET, a leading group of RTOs, is searching for a creative and meticulous Learning and Assessment Designer to join our team in Brighton, VIC. You will be responsible for creating engaging, compliant, and effective learning and assessment materials that inspire our students, particularly those of school age.

What you'll be doing
  • Designing and developing dynamic assessment tools, learner guides, and resources.
  • Collaborating with industry experts to ensure our content is current and relevant.
  • Mapping materials to Units of Competency and participating in validation activities.
  • Working across a diverse and exciting range of subject areas.
What we7re looking for
  • Essential Qualifications: TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of the VET sector and competency-based training.
  • Proven experience designing learning materials, with a flair for engaging younger learners.
  • Highly desirable industry experience in one or more of the following: Horticulture/Land Conservation, Laboratory Skills, Fashion, Dance, or ICT.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to quality.
