Due to the rapid growth of our business in the area we are excited to offer the role of Rural Products Sales Representative working out of our Caboolture branch. If you are an experienced Agricultural professional looking for an opportunity to use your expertise to improve the commercial outcomes for agricultural producers while living in one of the most desirable locations in Australia this is the role for you.

This role is based in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland – an area known for its relaxed lifestyle, friendly communities, and easy access to both coast and country.

Responsibilities
  • This is an on-road sales role, advising agricultural producers across a diverse range of products and services. You will spend most of your time on farm working with producers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
  • Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
About You
  • Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.
  • Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and possess strong retail skills.
  • Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Hold a valid driver's license. A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
