Help Launch Our New Store: Rebel in Palmerston City, opening late October, with a start date in mid-September. We're hiring: Inventory Manager (Back of House).

We're opening a brand-new store in Palmerston City NT, and we're looking for a detail-driven, hands-on Inventory Manager to lead our back-of-house operations If you have experience managing stock, leading small teams, and thrive in a fast-moving environment—whether in retail, hospitality, logistics, or beyond—this is your chance to step into a leadership role and grow your career.

As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimized shrinkage to maximize store profitability. To succeed, you should ideally have:

  • Retail management experience (highly regarded)
  • Solid understanding of inventory control
  • Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
  • Skills in training and achieving results
