Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Data Enablement role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of customer and marketing data driving customer engagement and business outcomes across our Superannuation, Wrap, and Advice businesses.

  • Design and implement a unified data platform in Google BigQuery to support customer engagement, digital acquisition, advanced analytics, and performance reporting use cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Digital, Data, and Insights teams to co-create and prioritise high-impact use cases, driving roadmap clarity aligned to business outcomes and strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with Technology, Data Governance, Martech, Marketing, and Insights teams to align on data architecture, governance, and capability development.
  • Ensure seamless integration of multiple data sources – CRM, transactional, digital behaviour, and third-party wealth data – into BigQuery for scalable personalisation and reporting.
  • Promote robust data documentation, quality standards, and best practices to support long-term platform sustainability.
  • Bauild relationships across the business and marketing teams to understand evolving data needs and establish platform adoption strategies.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in data strategy, marketing analytics, or Martech enablement.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working in Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, including Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimiser.
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
