Responsibilities:As Partnership Consultant, you will represent the initial point of contact with our partnership network. You ensure the development of our partnership network by engaging and recruiting new partners. You will be in touch with business owners, CTOs and CEOs from sole-traders all the way up to large multinational enterprises, to revolutionise their business offerings.
Concretely, you'll engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators and digital consultancies from across the ANZ region that are interested to adopt Odoo's technology in their solutions portfolio. As a Partnership Consultant, your goal is to increase Odoo's presence in Oceania by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo. You will deal with a pipeline of opportunities and will be responsible for the following steps :
- Initiate contact and qualify potential partners; understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model.
- Analyse and understand the partner's profile, their challenges, pain points and business needs and determine how we can build a win-win relationship
- Show the product by providing personalised demonstrations of Odoo
- Quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
- Understanding the target market by developing and sharing new ideas on how to effectively grow Odoo's partner network
- You are able to work in a fast paced environment with a hand-on attitude
- You are open minded and can react to change with agility
- You are a quick and autonomous learner
- You have an entrepreneur mindset and are not afraid to take appropriate initiatives
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written and verbal English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Good business knowledge and logical thinking skills
- Excellent communicator, you like to negotiate and to achieve sales targets
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- 1 - 2 years of sales experience within the software industry
- Additional languages
- Available immediately
