Archa's commercial team spans Sales, Marketing & Partnerships and leads all things revenue generating. We're building a team from the ground up with a passion for helping fast growing companies free up time and do their best work. We win business via direct Sales channels, through our growing list of referral partners and via our pre-built integration partners. We collaborate closely with Product & Operational teams to ensure the customer experience is the best it can be.

Your role

Based in our Melbourne office, you'll play a key role in driving Archa's growth as part of our Commercial team. As Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of trusted advisor relationships, including accountants, consultants, and business advisors, who refer and influence potential customers.

You'll take ownership of existing partner relationships, ensuring they continue to thrive and deliver value, while also identifying and establishing new partnerships to expand Archa's referral network. From deepening engagement with current partners to sourcing and securing new ones, you'll be instrumental in building a high-performing ecosystem around Archa.

Your on-the-ground insights will directly inform product and operational improvements, helping ensure we continue to deliver an exceptional experience for both our partners and customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a partnerships, business development, or B2B sales role, ideally within financial services, accounting technology, or a related industry
  • Proven success in developing and managing B2B partnerships, with a strong track record of driving growth through referral and channel relationships (e.g. accountants, advisors, consultants)
  • Commercially savvy and strategically minded, with the ability to spot partnership opportunities and structure win-win relationships
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence trusted advisors and business stakeholders
  • Experience designing and executing scalable partner programs that deliver ongoing value to both the business and its partners
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with a proactive approach to relationship building and business development
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and is comfortable working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
  • Curious and open-minded, with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and experiment
