An exciting opportunity for excellence in a boutique well established Real Estate office in Pyrmont

As our Senior Property Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations and management of our properties. You'll have the autonomy to run your own show, with the support of a lean, collaborative team. We're looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and a strategic thinker, to deliver exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, perform regular financial reporting, and ensure that properties are running profitably.
• Lease Negotiations & Renewals: Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with regulations and market trends.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance requests, ensuring properties are kept in pristine condition.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term property management strategies that align with the brand's goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Property Manager, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of property management processes, from leasing to maintenance and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and team members.
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• A proactive, "get things done" mentality, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Driver's License
